Directions: Shake well to mix natural oils – separation is normal. After shampooing and squeezing out excess water, spray the entire bottle onto clean, damp hair. Distribute from roots to ends, then massage gently into hair. Leave on for 5 - 10 minutes (or longer if desired), then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Use weekly or as needed. For external use only.

- Have a dry washcloth or towel nearby in the shower to gently squeeze excess water from your hair—too much moisture can dilute the treatment’s effectiveness.
- If your hair is especially dry or damaged, try leaving the treatment in longer—from an hour to overnight is perfectly fine.
- Avoid using conditioner immediately before or after Recover—it’s a deep conditioner on its own, and you don’t want anything competing with it.
- Use this serum-based formula in place of standard conditioner if cream-based products weigh down your fine hair. Try one to three pumps daily or an entire bottle once every two to three weeks (both as a rinse-out treatment).
- Toss a bottle in your travel bag - it’s ideal for use on-the-go.
